Our school Emergency and First Aid Program for education and training started in 1997-1998 academic year. Program has a quota of 70 students. After successful completion of the program, students are given associate degree diplomas in the field of Emergency and First Aid. The aim of the program in the associate degree vocational school of health services is to give a comprehensive associate degree that provides to the students to train at a professional level of Emergency medical care inside and outside of the hospital.Emergency and First Aid Program Graduates: They perform their duties in 112 Emergency Rescue Stations of the Ministry of Health, ACS 110, the public and private health institutions.
After successful completion of the program, students are given associate degree diplomas in the field of Emergency and First Aid.

In Turkısh Higher Education Institutions, recognition of prior learning, vertical, horizontal and in-house transfers take place in the scope of ‘’ UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS SWITCH BETWEEN PROGRAMS, DOUBLE MAJOR, MINOR AND MAKING TRANSFER BETWEEN CREDIT INSTITUTIONS BASIS OF REGULATION’’ which is determined by The Council of Higher Education.
In Turkey, apart from formal education institutions, an exemption exam is held for some computer and foreign language courses at the beginning of each academic year within the context of recognizing certificate or experience- based learning. Those who pass these exams are exempt from aforesaid courses in the curriculum.
A student is required to successfully complete the designated program of courses meeting a minimum of 120/240 ECTS credit requirement and have a minimum GPA of 2.00/4.00 and no FF, FZ or YZ grades.
Students who graduated from this program, the title of Emergency and First Aid (Paramedic), are trained to perform at a professional level of Emergency medical care inside and outside of the hospital.

Emergency and First Aid Program Graduates: perform their duties in 112 Emergency Rescue Stations of the Ministry of Health, ACS 110, the public and private health institutions.
Students continue their graduate education with DGS exam. They complete license program in Emergency and Disaster Management, Nursing, Nursing and Health Care Degree programs.
