1.General Information
The aim of the Preschool Education program is to train qualified teachers who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and abilities required by the teaching profession, who combine theoretical education with field experiences, who can create a correct model for their students in their personal and professional lives, who closely follow the developments in their field, who use their time efficiently and have effective communication skills, who are aware of lifelong learning, who are sensitive to human, society and nature, and who can use information technologies effectively in all areas of life.

2. Degree
Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a bachelor's degree in Preschool Teaching in the field of teaching profession.

4. Acceptance and Registration
General admission requirements for Turkish and foreign students is valid to start the program.
5. Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of prior formal learning in Turkish Higher Education institutions, vertical, horizontal and intra-university transfers are carried out within the scope of the "Regulation on the principles of transition between associate and undergraduate programs in higher education institutions, double major, minor and credit transfer between institutions" determined by the Higher Education Council.
In Turkey, exemption exams are organized at the beginning of each academic semester for some computer and foreign language courses within the scope of recognition of certificate-based or experience-based learning outside formal education institutions. Students who take and pass the exam are exempted from the relevant courses in the curriculum.
6. Qualification Requirements and Rules
The student should not have any FF, DZ or YZ grades and complete all the courses successfully in the program. In this program, the student must have a minimum of 240 ECTS credits and have at least 2.00 out of 4.00 of the GPA.7

Becomes a teacher who believes in principles and reforms of Atatürk, believes in democracy and the rule of law, aware of Turkish national, spiritual, moral and cultural values, and shows awareness of them in teaching profession.
Have pedagogical knowledge about his/her profession area, knowing contemporary teaching methods and techniques, methods of measurement and evaluation and applies them.

9. Employment Opportunities for Graduates
Students who have successfully completed the program have the opportunity to work in private and public schools.
10. Applying the Graduate Education
Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can apply graduate education (in their own field or related areas) if they have valid score for ALES or equivalent exams and have sufficient foreign language knowledge.
